This unit is used to isolate and derive steam volatile essential oils from various herbs, leaves, stems, twigs, bark, and roots. The capacity of this unit varies from 50 litres to 10,000 litres. This unit has very easy loading and unloading system, which make the whole operation simpler. The unit also can conduct hydro distillation of various essential oils. Preconditioning of feed material can be done under auto pressure. This unit is also provided with all safety devices. The separators are designed in such a pattern, which enables efficient separation of aqueous phase from the heavy as well as light essential oil. Other features include: standard accessories monitors and measures inputs temperature and pressures, entire assembly is designed with easily assembelable steel structure and internal piping.
