• Add to Inquiry Basket | Chemac equipments offers multi mill. Some of the salient features of the multi mill include: all contact parts can be easily and quickly dismantled and cleaned. Direction of beaters can be changed if required by providing reversible switch and viceversa. It is designed for continuous operation. Cylindrical screen is provided for higher output. It is widely used for wet and dry granulation, pulverization, etc, in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and cosmetics.The principle on which mmulti mill works isoperates is :on the principal of variable force swing beaters having knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. Material fed in the hopper, goes down to the processing chamber where it moves to the periphery and passes` through the screen radially and tangentially. Finally the processed material gets collected in the container, which is kept below the processing chamber. It consists of ss 316 quality hopper and processing chamber with beater assembly, electric motor, push button station, four-step pulley,suitable screen with ss 304 quality vertical pillar and base plate, with castor wheels. All contact parts can be easily and quickly dismantled and cleaned. Direction of beaters can be changed if required by providing reversible switch and viceversa.
