• Add to Inquiry Basket | Ami polymers manufactures a wide range of rubber expansion bellows for a variety of application in power plants, chemical industries, refineries, heavy engineering industries, petrochemicals, ship building, etc. These expansion bellows are also known as rubber compensators, because they compensate the reactional force like thermal expansion, vibration, which otherwise breaks the pipelines. Depending on the application, the bellows are made up of neoprene, nitrite, epdm, silicone, viton or natural rubber. They can be coated inside with teflon for chemical resistance. To increase their pressure bearing capacity, they are reinforced with specially treated nylon, rayon, glass fibre, steel cord, etc, with a number of piles. The rubber expansion bellows are made as per customer`s design, drawing and specification. These bellows have either integrated flange [metallic flanges are bonded with bellow] or back-up flange [which is split and separate].
