This low double bed with its elegantly curved headboard and footboard is a work of art. Made in dark wood, the finish is as smooth as silk. The boards are totally unembellished and the beauty lies entirely in the lines of the curve. The base of the bed is in the form of horizontal slats supported down the centre by a wooden piece running perpendicular to them. The boards on the sides are broad so that only a few inches are left between bed and floor. The legs are a continuation of the head and foot boards so as to give maximum strength.
