| Solid wheels industries offers trolley wheels made of hard polymer uhmw-hdpe as well as wheels for all kinds of trolleys and hydraulic pallet trucks. The material uhmw-hdpe comes with features like self-lubricating and unbreakable properties even under heavy loads and worst working condition. The trolley wheels are available with advantages of high loading capacity; high abrasion; low noise level; water, chemical, oil and grease resistance and high impact strength. The technical specification of the trolley wheels made of hard polymer are 0.95 gr/cm3 density; 450% break elongation; impact strength [notch] no break; 440 kg/cm3 tensile strength; chemical resistance at 100°c even with hydro chloro sulphuric acid; 3-8 mm3/100 sw abrasion loss and -240°c to +100°c temperature resistance. The company supplies the trolley wheels in various sizes as 50-300 mm dia and 20 to 100 mm width in various series and shapes for different applications and as per requirement. The company delivers the trolley wheels with ball bearings, needle bearings, bushings as well as ci hub moulded wheels for heavy loads and smooth work.
