| Master seals engineering supplies a lobe pump which has accurate dimensions in drive shafts, bearings and timing gears to ensure smooth operation even under continuous full load. The high mechanical efficiency for less energy consumption results in reduced operational costs and rotor shafts are sealed by hygienic, mechanical seals. The easy-to-clean pump head is ideal for in-place cleaning or can be rapidly stripped for manual cleaning, without disconnecting the pipe work. The body of lobe pump is made of solid stainless steel, aisi 316 quality. Food-quality rubber covers and plastic rotors are also available. Rectangular and enlarged inlet parts are available for high, viscosity and suspended solid products. Cartridges of shafts, gears and bearings are easily removable for rapid maintenance. These lobe pumps are ideal for pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing and other process industries.
