Champkraft machine tools offers a centreless grinding machine with a simple unit, generally meant for through feed grinding and plunge grinding. This nickel chrome case hardened grinding spindle is supported on tiltting pad hydrodynamic bearing and is driven by 7.5 hp electric motor. This spindle has positive lubrication and an electrical interlock is provided which ensures lubrication oil to the bearings before the spindle motor starts. This regulating wheel head sivels about a vertical axis or taper grinding and tiltts about a horizontal axis spindle is made of nickel chrome case hardened steel and is supported on taper roller bearings. That is driven by mechanical speed variator for stepless speed control. This work rest stand is fitte d on the feed dlide and it can be adjusted vertically. Both the wheel heads are provided with hydraulically operated wheel dresser with variable speed control, and straight and profile dressing is possible with the help of copy. The hydraulic power p ack is self-contained unit, placed at the rear of the machine. It provides oil to the both dresser cylinders and lubrication of grinding head. A coolant tank with pump is placed on the rear of the machine.
