| Dyeglo offers magnetic flaw detection system. These are available in a wide range: 1. Dyeglo portable and mobile unit - available in lightweight power source unit that can be easily manoeuvred to inspection site. Designed for continuous duty cycle working on single phase/3-phase [ac]/battery operated input supply. Available from magnetising current output of 1000 to 6000 a. Ac/hwdc, stepless, built in demagnetisation; 2. Dyeglo special purpose equipment - special purpose unit, pneumatically operated; single/multiple cycle, automatic spray, separate inspection booth with collapsible darkroom, self contained ac/fwdc power supply in amperage rating from 1000 to 5000 a; facility of combined magnetisation to detect all directional cracks and separate or built-in demag facility; 3. Dyeglo bar/tube testing equipment - special purpose, designed for full length bar/seamless tube etc. Complete with material handling system. Built-in ac/fwdc 1000 to 5000 a stepless output and built-in demag facility; 4. Dyeglo coil or yoke type model - general purpose units, pneumatically operated contact heads, facility of combined simultaneous magnetisation; heavy duty; suitable for mass scale inspection; and 5. Dyeglo accessories/consumables - concomitant accessories such as magnetic inks fluorescent], gauss meter, black light measurement equipment, etc, manufactured close quality control.
