Technical specifications: configuration - horizontal machine; number of slides - work head slide, tail stock slide, centralizing slide and wheel head slide; wheel head - in feed slide with stepper motor and ball screw; wheel head spindle speed - up to 3000 rpm; grinding disc - with suitable grinding sticks, different disc for different sizing balls; ball size - ball size 2" dia to 24" dia.; accuracy - cylindercity/spherocity - 0.020 mm, surface finish - 0.6 um ra; machine weight - normally 2 to 8 tonnes; standard accessories - machine bed, slides, spindle, drive equipment, electrical control system, with plc, coolant system with paper band filtration system, telescopic covers, etc.
