They act to dampen the vibrations especially since the spherical work piece is with holes. The workpiece gets a better surface finish because of this. Grinding heads and tool holders slide on one block. The grinding tool is not fitted to any light units. This assures maximum possible rigidity. All movements of the slides are by high precision guideway with anti-friction sideways bearings to guarantee the maximum precision in the machine over a longer life span. This configuration gives maximum possible precision movements of the axis and ensures high rigidity. Also designed and manufactured are 8pms in the area of fine boring machines, universal forming machines, etc. Rebuilding, remanufacturing, and reconditioning of metal forming and metal cutting machines is also undertaken.
