Fixtures, special toolings, gauging systems; for precision batch and mass production industry. Technical specifications: configuration - single end, double end, vertical or horizontal as per requirement; number of slides -i to 2 as per requirement; number of spindles -i to 16 as per requirement; indexing slide - can also be provided if required; drill size - dia 4 to dia 20 mm: spindle speed - i [x] rpm to 2500 rpm; drive - hydraulic/mechanical; accuracy - h9 for reaming/hii for drilling; machine weight - normally 2 to 6 tonnes; standard accessories - machine bed, slides, multi spindle heads, telescopic covers, limit switch assembly, machine guards, etc; optional - hole milling and tapping operations can also be considered; cd between drills - mini- mum 35 to 40 mm, should be fixed center distance, not variable. |
