The unit is built in accordance with astm standard d 5128: standard test method for on-line ph measurement of water of low conductivity. The high purity water [less than 1 micromhos/siemens] on-line ph measurement unit includes a stainless steel flow-cell with compression fitted inlet and outlet ports; the hpw-ph sensor threads into the flow-cell and is offered with a choice of temperature compensation. The flow cell assembly is mounted on a pvc back plate for ease of mounting and provides electrical isolation to insure a noiseless ph reading. The pvc back plate is provided with mounting brackets for a 2-inch pipe mount. The unit is provided with a quick disconnect cable that has an integral preamp. Its main applicable features include: stable ph readings due to electrically isolated 316 ss low flow cell; automatic temperature compensation, using a pt 100 or pt 1000 rtd; simple sensor replacement by using a disposable stainless steel sensor body design built with the top 68 connector and a proprietary solid-state polymer electrolyte inside of a double chamber reference electrode using patented teflon liquid reference junctions; and one-time transmitter wiring using the top 68 quick disconnects cable assembly with an integral preamplifier.
