| Prod-aid engineers manufactures multi track feeders which can be used for feeding pet bottles, automatically to filling stations. These multi track feeders are able to feed bottles of 40 mm diameter at 40 to 80 per minute rate than the limitation of feed rate and holding capacity of conventional bowl feeder for bulky components such as bottles. These multitrack feeders have arrangement of hopper feeder for large holding ability of 1000 or more bottles and an orientation tracks mounted on linear vibrator to feed bottles in vertical position of 4-8 rows depending on output requirement. The entire unit is fitted with 2 vibrators which require a low power of 240 va and can operate on 230 v single phase ac supply. The company can supply systems for similar components with variations in holding capacity, feed rate, number of rows, etc.
