• Add to Inquiry Basket | Prod-aid engineers, engineers for productivity aid equipments, offers bulk hopper feeder for feeding bulky and heavy component to forging press, furnaces, etc. Limitations of bowl feeder is normally the holding capacity which is 10-15 kg only, which results in frequent recharging the bowl for every 10 to 15 minutes. Bulk hopper feeder will augment the holding feeder will augment the holding capacity of `bowl feeder` to the extent of 100 kg or 100 litres there by enabling the feeding system to work without recharging for over an hour. The system is fitted with electromagnetic vibrator and can be made to work on auto cycle based on level sensor mounted on bowl feeder. It requires 230 v single phase input supply and power requirement is as low as 160va. Variation in hopper capacity, feed rate, material of constructions in ms, ss, or lined with vinyl mat is offered based on applications. |
