• Add to Inquiry Basket | Shailnick chemicals manufactures heat blocks that are insulation compounds with unique heat absorbing absorption properties, which insulate against heat transfer during welding, soldering, brazing or any other heat treatment. The heat absorption properties protect closely soldered parts, valve casketing, thin gauge metal and other materials which could be damaged during repair or installation work. The heat blocks protect distortion of sheet metal during welding, avoid discoloration of 88 near the weld zone, protect painted surfaces while repair welding in automotive parts, protect active components on pcbs during soldering, carryout repair welding of pipes of critical areas without dismantling the assembly, protect surrounding component from heat during welding. The heat blocks are rapid heat-absorbing compounds in paste form. They are easy-to-use and non-toxic. The heat blocks are used in welding, automotive, hv acr, plumbing and shipyard industries, as well as in other specialized industries.
