| Spectra world systems & services manufactures melt flow index tester to meet the different requirements of temperature range, temperature accuracy, number of weights and timers. Specification: temperature controller - microprocessor based digital pid controller with range up to 400°c, resolution of 0.1°c and accuracy of ±0.1°c; timer - microprocessor based digital timer with range up to 999.9 sec and facility of selecting auto cycling with buzzer indication starting 4 sec early to get ready for sample cut [auto cutter is provided on demand]; weights - 2.16 kg and 5 kg hard chrome plated; accessories - ss orifice, piston, spanner, plumb line, material charger, barrel cleaner, sample cutter; and paint - powder coated.
