Place more than twice in 8 hr shift a day. Kncs- n a patented quick jaw chuck with a high accuracy and a unique jaw safety mechanism. The chuck body and the internal parts are case hardened and ground for the highest drive for high speed. There is minimum loss of gripping force due to tangentially supported wedge bars. High efficiency of the wedge bar drive ensures highest concentricity and repeatability. The change over time from hard jaws to soft jaws including re-boring is reduced from 40-45 min to less than one min. This results in minimum set-up time, which ultimately results in productivity and profitability.
