Walker braillon magnetics, the netherlands, is a subsidiary of the world`s famous walke magnetic group, usa manufactures a wide range of magnetic clamping system for conventional and cnc machine tools. They manufacture electro permanent and permanent magnetic chucks for heavy-duty milling, planing, turning, surface grinding and injection moulding. Models turbomill 40 and 18 have clamping force as high as 170 tonnes per ms/q, allowing maximum use of machine parameters. It provides five face milling in one set-up. Mag/demag cycle in 1 sec. There is zero power consumption during machining. The control unit provides pulse programmer to completely remove residual magnetism from the work piece. Walker also provides a wide range of magnetic lifting systems, material handling and conveying systems.
