• Add to Inquiry Basket | Athena controls offers a family of panel-mounted universal process controllers. These universal process controllers are available in four sizes, i.E. 96 mm x 96 mm, 48 mm x 48 mm and 24 mm x 48 mm. Each model is microprocessor-controlled with on-demand auto tuning and complete on/off through full pid functionality. Single-channel controllers provide accurate, closed-loop control without setpoint overshoot. The xt series accepts signal inputs from a wide range of probes and sensors, including k, j, n, r, t and s thermocouples; rtds; and linear inputs, including 4-20 ma to 1-5 volts and other industry-standard current and voltage ranges. Standard features on all setpoint, dual output/dual alarm and transfer. Some of the options include rs-232/rs-485 bi-directional communications and remote setpoint selected. Other available features include process variable transmission, heater break alarm and dual i/o card. All of the controllers feature dedicated submenus that make parameter setting and changing easy and foolproof. Scaling, engineering units and digital filtering times are all operator selectable from the keypad. The power supply accepts 120 to 240 val.
