It is equipped with compact dimensions and elegant design. It is also an automatic system to control ice cream consistency. It has stainless steel freezing cylinder with direct expansion refrigeration system. The features of the softee ice cream machine are as follows:
Thermostatically controlled twin refrigerated mix tanks of 10/5 litres each.
High performance augur type beater.
Piston pumps for high and constant ice cream overrun [up to 70% depending on the type of mix used] with fast expulsion.
Gravity fed pipes in case of 3fg / 1cg or 3cg models with overrun up to 40% [depending on the type of mix used].
Overnight storage facility: saves energy up to 50% and reduces motor and compressor wear and tear.
Complete ice cream extraction, thanks to a special piston and front lid assembly.
Easy access & maintenance of parts, even by unskilled operators.
