Spanpak systems manufactures an induction sealing machine. Features: power supply is with advanced igbt circuitry, easy set-up, simple operation. Set-up procedure: adjust sealing head height to container height, set alignment fixture and timer for necessary sealing power. Specifications of the induction sealing machine: digital timer from 00 to 9.9 secs; 3 power mode settings for required current levels; no cooling water required - air cooled; input 230 v ac, 50 hz 700 va; output 500 w; and equipment designed to seal - 38 mm - 110 mm between 6 to 15 containers per minute, depending on the cap size. An automatic induction sealing machine is also available for online operation and higher outputs.
