• Add to Inquiry Basket | Mevada engineering works offers saturn an mewpl brand 2-piece, split body design ball valves ideally suitable for all kinds of process and utility applications. These come with options of full bore and reduce bore, where maintenance of valves is very easy. Features include: floating ball, where sealing takes place by allowing ball to move under pressure towards the down stream seat to achieve positive tight shutoff; seats - moulded ptfe and reinforced tfe seats assures positive seating and lower operating torque; anti-static device - a safety feature, i.E., when static is generated and concentrated on the ball due to solvents and high velocity, the spring-loaded balls are installed on the stem which keeps continuity throughout the valve and discharges the static; lower emission seal ring - for fugitive emission; blow out proof stem - internally inserted and functions as the back seat for assured stem sealing at all pressures; renewable seat and seals; live loaded gland packing - to avoid frequent and positive gland tightening against high number of cycles; iso 5211 mounting pad - that facilitates easy mounting of operating devices [or] hardware; long heighten lever - facilitates easy operation and insulation/puffing on the valve body and pipeline; compliance standards: asme b 16.34, bs 5351, bs 6755-1, ansi b 16.5, ansi b 16.10; size - 15-300 mm; class - 150, 300, 600, 900, and 1500; and options - electro polished [buff] finish and ultra clean valves can be provided for food and pharmaceutical industries, pad lock arrangement in open/close condition, pneumatic, and electric actuator operations can be provided.
