| Mccoy silicones pvt. Ltd. Supplies anaerobic adhesives & sealants for thread locking, manufactured by hernon manufacturing inc.Usa. Anaerobic adhesives for thread locking [nuts and bolts] are single component, 100% active liquids. They are self-hardening, when air is omitted as between the mating surfaces of a nut and bolt, while remaining a stable liquid in its container. These anaerobic adhesives & sealants for thread locking fill the gaps between the threaded metallic surfaces by undergoing anaerobic cure, tightening bolt against vibrations, impact and thermal expansion; and replace mechanical fasteners like spring washers, lock washers and nylon inserts, tab washers and split pins. Advantages: increased operational reliability; lower inventory cost as one bottle can be used for all thread sizes; reduced maintenance; seals threads against leakages; prevents internal corrosion; lubricates for controlled torquing and clamp load; and high chemical and temperature resistance. Anaerobic adhesives & sealants for thread locking are available in various grades to suit low, medium and high/very high strength, fast curing, etc. Typical applications: adjustment and calibration screws; bolts on flange plate, housing and transmission drives; wheel mounting and heavy equipment studs; vibrating machinery fasteners; controls mechanisms; valve seats, etc. Packing size of anaerobic adhesives & sealants for thread locking: 50 and 250 ml bottles.
