Elscint automation manufactures latest pneumatic take-up unit. It has dia from 20 mm to 50 mm and length varies from 30 mm to 200 mm. It is used for feeding of engine valves. This unit is capable to lift each engine valve from the ground level up to a height of 2 metres for further feeding at a height. The company also provides higher height as per special requirements. This unit can achieve speed from 40 to 100 pieces per minute depending upon the sizes of the engine valves. The system leads to the connection of the two machines in an engine valve factory for smooth line automation. The system requires pre exit of the engine valves from previous machine in a head-up orientation. At that time the engines valves are sent in the same orientation to the next machine at a higher height. This process enhances the productivity of the machine and makes them totally automated.
