• Add to Inquiry Basket | Elscint automation supplies latest digital frequency controllers model fq 1-dig.These digital frequency controllers develops the operations of vibratory feeders by the varying the frequency and the vibration amplitude, with/without using an amplitude sensor. The option of adjusting the frequency permits the compensation of slipping phenomenon due to the variation of the systems mechanical characteristics, attributable to different materials or temperatures, to get the best performance in every circumstance. It can be used in several applications due to the flexibility of these frequency controllers. Regulation circuits can be set apart from the power source and consequently the controllers become capable to provide tension of 200 v at a maximum current of 6 or 10 a and a ramp start up and are provided with a very user-friendly menu. Sind3 amplitude sensor is also provided with the controllers to compensate compensating the vibrator`s load changes or supply voltage. The range of frequency regulation is from 5 hz to 140 hz. It is available in 200 mm x 240 mm x 100 mm size. During the frequent change between the genset and the electricity it is very effective. |
