• Add to Inquiry Basket | Gandhi entrance automation manufactures vertical order pickers. These pickers are useful for picking individual articles from shelves. The vertical order pickers are divided into two large categories like low-medium level picking [601-602] with 1,200 to 2,200 mm operator platform lift, and medium-high level picking [902-904] with 3,500 to 7,500 mm platform lift. These pickers are available with technical specifications like spacious cabin constructed for standing operator; dimensions facilitate all operator movements; controls integrated in an ergonomic multifunction mono-joystic operated by right hand, while the steering is operated by the left hand; standard cabin courtesy lights offer easy reading of picking orders even in poorly lit aisles; and power steering operated by electric motor and dedicated electronic control. When the side gates are opened, the foot guards also open upwards, permitting access and free descent from any obstacle. The pickers have a powerful and noiseless electronically controlled lift motor that regulates the pump rpm providing the right quantity of oil. The company also provides 2 or 3-stage masts for 602 model made from cold-drawn sections to ensure torsional and bending rigidity. The lift cylinders are outside the mast profile and the chains are in a protected position to provide a perfect visual field and safe maneuverability. |
