• Add to Inquiry Basket | Gandhi entrance automation supplies the glace-guard cold storage door. It is manufactured by thermostop.The design, fabrication and finishing are superb because high quality materials are used to manufacture the doors. The glace-guard doors are specially designed to be airtight and vapour-proof. These qualities also help to save the energy. For strong structure it can be used extensively for industrial purposes. The combination of metal skins and polyurethane foam is the reason behind this structural strength. The glace-guard doors comprise cfc-free rigid polyurethane foam insulation, injected under high pressure. It has 2 [50 mm] thick, 3 [76 mm] thick and 4 [100 mm] thick modular panels. These doors consist of tongue-and-groove joint, with authentic thermal break, sealed with a dual bubble-shape weather strip. The sheeting of the doors is made of 26 ga [0.41 mm] galvanized steel. It has several unique features such as doorfame with resin thermal break which is made of shock-proof 5/32 [4 mm] thick extruded aluminium angles, heating cable for freezer [optional for cooler], heavy duty heated threshold for freezer, double u-shape gasker for door bottom.
