• Add to Inquiry Basket | Gandhi entrance automation manufactures vertical order pickers suitable for picking individual articles from shelves. The company supplies vertical order pickers in two categories like 601-602 low-medium levels picking with 1,200 to 2,200 mm operator platform lift, and 902-904 medium-high level picking with 3,500 to 7,500 mm platform lift. These vertical order pickers are available with advantages like spacious cabin constructed for standing operator, and dimensions to facilitate all movements of operator. The controls of these vertical order pickers are integrated in an ergonomic multifunction mono-joystick operated by right hand, while the steering is operated by left hand. When the side gates are opened, the foot guards also open upwards for access and free descent from any obstacle. These vertical order pickers are available with standard cabin courtesy lights for easy readings of picking orders even in poorly lit aisles. Electric motor and dedicated electronic control operates the power in these vertical order pickers. The vertical order pickers come with salient features like powerful and noiseless electronically controlled lift motor to regulate the pump rpm providing the right quantity of oil; two or three-stage masts for 602 model made from cold-drawn sections to ensure torsional and bending rigidity; lift cylinders outside the mast profile and chains in a protected position to provide perfect visual field and safe maneuverability. |
