• Add to Inquiry Basket | Gandhi entrance automation provides the omg range of pedestrian-operated low-lift electronic pallet trucks that meets a wide diversity of medium-light and heavy horizontal handling requirements. These are divided into the k series for heavy-duty use and kn series for standard use. The chassis is constructed from folded frame to minimize welding-induced stresses. It offers maximum stability and superior mechanical strength in all transport situations. The battery compartment in the pallet truck is accessed simply by lifting the hinged lid, thus simplifying periodical checks and recharging. Particular attention has been given to providing access to wearing parts in order to minimize routine maintenance costs. The steering handle is designed after detailed ergonomic study, combining the requirements of operating comfort with modern industrial design. The desing ensures that all the controls on the handle are easy to reach, resulting in productivity, precision and much greater efficiency. When released, the handle returns to the vertical position without bumping or rebound, using a innovative gas spring with integrated braking system. There are three braking systems throughout the rangelike braking on reversal of direction of travel [service braking]; emergency braking which occurs automatically on release or extreme lowering of the steering handle using an electromagnetic brake and parking brake with steering handle in the vertical position. The entire range of low-lift pallet trucks is equipped with high frequency electronic devices, microprocessors and energy recovery which ensure low consumption and noiseless operation.
