• Add to Inquiry Basket | Accumax engineering provides link 560r. This link 560r is a cable manufacturing and assembling table with movable test point modules. These modules are used for automated testing with 512 test points, from link testelectronics gmbh, germany. The cable manufacturing and assembling table is used for production, for repair and for testing of cable sets and harnesses. Following are some of the technical features of this cable manufacturing table which include: together with the wiring test system 560 rta4, conventional wiring tests are performed. To this purpose, the standard version is equipped with 8 test point modules that provide a total of 512 test points. The wiring test system and the cable manufacturing ad conditioning table are linked by only one simple bus cable. There are some of the constructional features of this cable manufacturing table which include: working surface of the table is provided with a perforated steel plate with a 10 x 10 v grid pattern perforation; table frame consists of solid aluminium profiles and has 4 steering rollers. The advantageous feature of this cable manufacturing and conditioning system is, that the drawing or the plot of the cable to be manufactured can be laid on the working surface. Guide and fixing pins are used to set the outlines of the cable harness to be manufactured according to the drawing pattern.
