| Jay instruments & systems supplies level plus m-series liquid level gauges from mts systems corporation, usa to meet most process application conditions giving unsurpassed flexibility in compliance with year 2000. These level transmitters are available with two 4 to 20 ma loops and hart communication to give analogue indication of level, interface and temperature and display these measurements simultaneously. These level transmitters provide accurate readings unaffected by vapour concentration and shifting die-electric constant than other technologies. The company provides transmitters with modular design and offers a selection of electronics housing styles, sensor pipe styles and materials of construction [ss 316l, hastelloy c, monel]. These level transmitters are available with a flexible, removable sensing element which can be replaced from the sensor pipe without disturbing the operation. Set-up, calibration, and diagnostics can be obtained from any point in the loop using a standard hart hand-held terminal. The level transmitters come with an on-board display and keypad option to provide local indication and programming and can include an rtd for spot temperature of the process. These transmitters are available in a modular design with salient characteristics of high accuracy and repeatability, two-channel output, multidrop hart communication and are explosion proof and/or intrinsically safe. The level transmitters need no maintanence with a temperature ranging upto 30 to 300°f. The level transmitters are applicable in process level measurement, interface measurement, temperature measurement in pharmaceuticals, biotech, semiconductor, speciality chemicals, process chemicals, lpg sectors.
