• Add to Inquiry Basket | Dowel engineering works supplies hydraulic presses. These hydraulic presses are provided with capacity ranging fro 15 tonnes to 300 tonnes in manually and motor-driven system. The product range include: workshop hydraulic presses, c-frame type, closed-frame type, four column type, etc. Two-chamber scrap baling presses find applications in: making required bale of any metal-scrap, paper-scrap, cotton-bale, jute-bale and plastic-scrap and also in making tobacco bale. The capacity ranges from 15 tonne to 100 tonne with two chambers for fast production. Various technical features of these scrap baling presses include: each chamber has two doors and the cylinder is rotation type with 360-degrees. The bale size of the presses is 36" x 24" x 36" pr as required. There are choices of different operated systems, like power-operated, panel board/push-button operated and foot-operated types available. Following are some of the functions which are done by these scrap baling presses which include: the speed and pressure of these presses can be regulated. Pressure locking system is available after the power supply is stopped. In panel board operated presses the facility could be provided for two-hand operation, inching operation, continuous ram travel movement and ram stroke setting. Also offered is electrical rotation of cylinders as well as mobile cylinders. |
