| Chain conveyors manufactured by navin engineering are applicable in handling a variety of free flowing material like sugar, grain, corn, coffee, beans, rice, flour, rape seed, soya, corn meal, garden seeds, peas, sunflower seeds, peanuts and even sawdust. These chain conveyors move material quickly, efficiently with minimum damage. At the beginning of the operation of the conveyors the material is fed in the upper return chain which then falls into the trough bottom, where the lower chain moves and forwards to the discharge side. If any additional material is providedin the chain conveyors it lies on top of the moving material and is conveyed towards the discharge at the same rate as the chain. The drag chains of these chain conveyors carry grains along entire depth on special uhmwpe liners at an equal discharge rate and so most of the material is gently carried on other layer of material. The chain conveyors come with technical features like need no plugging as return chain limit the material to maximum level; an overflow device which throws away material in case of overflow at discharge level and the limit switch stops motor if the material is beyond acceptable limit. Moreover, for any reason, if speed of the motor varies beyond tolerance limit the sensor probe at tail end immediately gives signal to zero speed switch and the switch stops the motor assuring complete safe operation.
