• Add to Inquiry Basket | Pharma chem machineries offers a bottle inspection table with three tracks conveyor with a hood and lighting arrangement. The company provides different types of machines such as lab equipments, machines for capsule section, machines for ointment section, machines for liquid section, and machines for tube filling. The visual inspection background of the inspection table is alternate black & white colour enable the checking visually any particles in the filled bottle. This bottle inspection table equipment is placed in a liquid oral packaging line after filling and capping machine. The central conveyor belt in the bottle inspection table brings in the bottles from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are then automatically bifurcated on to two adjoining conveyor belts and further to the side tables for two operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up bottles and inspect the bottles in alternate white and black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled. After this inspection process, the bottle is placed in the central track that is transferred for next labelling / packaging operations. The company supplies this bottle inspection table unit in various sizes depending on the number of operators.
