This automatic machine is suitable for sealing various sizes of metallic caps or plastic screw caps on the bottles fed on continuous line. This capping machine comes with an automatic operation and a robust construction equipped with rotary cap feeding hopper and built in slat conveyor for incoming and outgoing bottles. The company supplies this automatic capping machine with appropriate size infeed worm & star wheel to transfer incoming bottles with caps and feed it under sealing head. The automatic capping machine offers perfect sealing with synchronized movement of the bottles and sealing mechanism. Another starwheel and outgoing slat conveyor of the machine then further transport the sealed bottles. The driving mechanism of the automatic capping machine is in the bottom cabinet for the main motor that drives centre shaft along with the sealing heads. This driving mechanism consists of an electric motor coupled to a suitable reduction gearbox and ac frequency variable drive to change the speed. The automatic capping machine is also available with separate electric motor for head lifting mechanism coupled with suitable reduction gearbox. In the front of the automatic capping machine, a push button panel is provided for easy operation and electrical control cabinet is fitted inside the machine.
