Semi-automatic bagging systems by technomatic industries, are operated by plcs or microprocessor controllers that are useful for filling materials into the bags. Depending on the material characteristics, the feeding systems are designed, such that the material can be fed by coarse and fine feeding and can be pneumatic sector gate, screw feeder, vibratory feeder, etc. Materials can be pre-weighed into the weigh hoppers and discharged into the bags or can be weighed directly into the bags. This depends on the space availability at desired palce and therefore is a custom-built system. The bagging systems can be easily programmed through keyboards and having autotare facility for each, compact in design provided with independent setting for coarse and fine value and can also show total consumption on demand and can set number of bags to be packed up to three digits.
