| Electrosonic industries offers versatile ultrasonic flaw detector for ndt applications with pulse echo techniques. A train of ultrasonic waves is transmitted in the material to be tested and when the waves come across a crack, discontuinity or non-homogeneity the waves are partly reflected. The transmitted and reflected waves are displayed on luminous screen calibrated to determine at the flaw distance located and its magnitude. The ultrasonic flaw detector can be applied for testing metal sheets, castings, pipes, welding joints etc and also can be adopted for nonmetals like hdpe. The ultrasonic flaw detector is up microprocessor based unit with latest technology and feather touch keyboard for easy operation. These detectors can test in either single probe ar double probe method. The company supplies various type ndt probes depending on application.
