Heavy-duty cone pulley drive lathe machines by sunil enterprise, are used for precision as well as heavy turning jobs. These machines are robustly designed for frictitonless performances. The lathes have length of bed ranging from 5` 6" up to 24` with standard height of centre at 10" spndle holes 52 mm. Also offered are oversized\special purpose extra heavy-duty lathes. Main spindles are made of en-8 steel, induction hardened and ground run in split type bush bearing made of phosphor bronze d uly hand scrapped precisely fitting of main spindle is done to comply with heavy cut without displacement of spindle. The company also manufactures medium-duty lathes, under counter and outside counter model, light-duty lathes and all geared head lathes.
