All geared auto feed radial drilling machine is having gear box of 9 steel and gears are hardened upto rc-40/45gearbox.
Oil bath gearbox and hardened gears give very long life to the machine.
Auto feed gears is also hardened. All the gears in the machine are supported through good quality bearings not the bushes.
Machine is supplied with complete electrical penal board with five push button switches and one limit switch
Rotation and easy sliding of gears in bearings give very high reliability.
Base plate is provided with in-built coolant tank.
