| Toolcraft sales and services offer chmer wire cut edm models cw 530f. This instruments are fully programmable 5-axis cnc wire cut edms. Rigidly designed and thermally balanced, they are furnished with lm guideways and ballscrews. The u-v axes are located on the upper column for taper cuts of ± 12 degrees. All axes are provided with ac servo motors and drives and the system is designed for high speed machining up to 250 mm2/min. Cnc controller is based upon 32-bit, 2 cpu, closed loop intelligent servo software. The machine is provided with a 25-amp generator with high power mos transistors. There is a built-in database to optimise machining conditions. A wide variety of cnc features are offered. Table size of cw 430f is 630 x 450 x 200 mm; x, y, and z movements are 400 x 300 x 260 mm and u and v movements are 100 x 100 mm.
