Sharda mechanic works pvt ltd presented precision cylindrical grinding machines [model cg-260/350], in technical collaboration with central manufacturing technology institute [cmti], bangalore. These grinding machines are capable of achieveing a very high degree of accuracy of roundess and cylindricity on jobs. Ideally suitable for tool room and production jobs to carry out cylindrical, face and internal grinding operations, these machines are classified in three different version, having 260 or 350 mm, maximum swing over table and between centre 500, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm. The cylindrical grinding machines consist of machines bed made of high graded cast iron, in ribbed box structure design, rigid work head spindle that runs on high-precision multi-point hydro-dynamic bearings, infeed operated by precision ground cam, grindin cycle with rapid approach, tailstock designed for high rigidity, hydraulic power packs equipped with solenoid valves, hydraulic pumps and motors
