Eletrically-operated motorised chain pulley block, these are viable alternative of electric hoists having very identical features of hoists. These pulley blocks are offered in 4 capacities in the ragne from 1 ton to 5 tons. The frames are of immovable built with steel plates welded constructions. Hence they have an even has factor of safety. Alloy steel load chains of gr 80 as per is:6126 are electrically butt-welded, clear calibrated and duly hear-treated for ductility. Forged hooks are as per is:8610 and fitted in upper arm and bottom block made out of heavy-duty malleable casting/sg iron. Load chain wheels are made out of malleable/sg iron casting with proper chain prockets for smooth running of the chains. Gears are made out of nickel-chrome alloy steel hobbing cut-treated alooy steel gears with wide faces assure long life. Completeing enclosed squirrel cage induction motors as per is:325 are specially made for hoist duty with high starting torque and apt for recurrent start/stops. Heavy-duty electro-magnetic disc-type fail-safe, 3-phase a brakes act instable.
