Sharda mechanic works pvt ltd introduces internal cylindrical grinding machines [model 80], that posse high-precision,quality and maintenance-free design. These grinding machines house grinding of cylindrical tapered and blind holes and are perfect for mass production industries like anti-friction bearings, scooters, tractors,automobiles [& their spares], and defence services. High quality stress relieved castings ensure great rigidity and prologed accuracy. Two tables [ i.E. Longitudinal & feed], mounted on hardened prisms and pre-stressed rollers, work spindle running in special high precision bearings and plcs, along with high precision limit switches makes operation more shary its technical specifications include: maximum & minimum grindable diameter 80 mm & 4 mm; maximum grinding length at largest bore 80 mm; head stock swivel from 5 to 60, etc. The cylindrical grinding machiens are used for grinding of grooves of balls or roller bearings and changeable gauging by dressing diamonds.
