| Nikko, offersmanufacturers of industrial sewing and packaging machines, suppliesoffers an hdpe/pp/jute bag making machine, model hr-2. This is a single needle, flat bed, plain feed, two thread overedging machine for overseaming of light weight or heavy weight fabrics such as jute or burlap pp/pe woven bags. The machine providesgives a maximum speed of 2,000 rpm. The working speed is approximately 1800 rpm which depends, depending upon the type of sewing material used. The stitch range is 7-15 mm, with overseam width up to 10 mm, and material thickness up to 12 mm. Power neededrequired is 0.4 w [1/3 hp or 1/2 hp, 1425 rpm motor]. Special model for medium to heavy carpet overedging is also available.
