Heavy-duty portable bag closers [model dno+] presented by nikko, have two needles and functions on two threads creating parallel double chain-stitch for stronger stitched seals. These machines are befitted with high-torque,,heavy-duty regular raing, 1/10 hp, 8000 rpm, 100 per cent enclosed dustproof motors having vibration-resistant metal insert [threaded bushes]and timing belts/pulleys for 100 per cent loss-free transfer of power from motor pulleys to machine pulleys without stretching and slipping unlike v-belts. The machines have automatic oil pump systems wherein screws of the covers are not needed to be opened for 100 per cent oil delivery to each and every part for friction-free complete lubrication and durability. Power light indicators and shock light indicator lamps are offered for safety of operators apart from shockproof pp insulated handles. Thread chain cutters and pressure foot lifters for removing jammed bats are catered for smoother handling during operation. This model can run using any twisted/ply thread including cotton/pp/
