Dmg india pvt ltd presents vertical machining centres [dmc 64 v linear], made by deckel maho geretsried gmbh, germany. These machining centres are mainly designed as solid cast structure with overhead carriage. Since the x [640 mm ] and z [500 mm] axes lie in the tool, the weight fo the workpiece has not any more any effect on the cutting process. Tools for follow-up jobs are hummeding the magazine during the main machining stages which ends in reduction in unproductive retooling times to perfect minimum. The vertical machining centres are controlled by sinumeric 801 powerline its features include: solid cast structure for highest dynamics & accuracy; highly dynamic linear drive with 0.5 g acceleration; rapid traverse up to 70 m/min fast 12000 rpm integrated motor spindles; and pc-based cnc control with 15" colour display. The vertical machining centres find applications in machine construction, workshop, production halls as well as tool & mould building where simpler contour work in steel, aluminium and cast materials.
