This machine is provided with an ergonomic machine stand that provides for a full range of motion with operator comfort in mind. Vista`s ergonomic design emphasises how the user interacts with the work environment, while offering features and performance that give superior results. Various constructional features of these measuring machine include: vista cmms are made of high-quality zeiss components and are built with advanced construction techniques. For extra rigidity and stability, vista cmms use patented zeiss air bearings to support all four sides of the y guideway and advanced low-mass ceramic on the critical x beam and z-axis spindle. The capstan drive offers quick acceleration and high speed for cnc operation. The cmm stand [designed using fea - finite element analysis] and the granite table offer a sturdy and stable mounting base for the workpieces. It comes with an ergonomic machine stand that provides for a full range of motion with operator comfort in mind. Padded arm rest provides extra support for manual and cnc operation. With zeiss quality and performance, this is an ideal machine for first time cmm users. Vista offers a large measuring range while using minimal floor space [400 mm x 500 x 350 mm]. It is designed with ease-of-use and operator comfort as the major priorities. Some of the technical features of these machines which include: vista best-in-class accuracies are guaranteed over a temperature range of 18ºc to 22ºc. The critical x- and z-axis beams are made of a non-porous ceramic that is virtually unaffected by temperature changes, moisture and other contaminants. Even heat transfer from the operator`s hand on the z-axis during manual measurement is reduced.
