This instrument is used to measure the roughness, waviness, profile and contour of precision mechanical parts. The component family comprises bearings, shafts, crankpins, fuel injection nozzles, etc. Features include 100 mm x-axis range, 10 mm z-axis using high precision inductive lvdt, 400 mm high-speed column, 8 nm resolution of roughness pickup, variety of stylus suiting customers needs, protection mechanism, 100,000 point data collection ability, and cnc mode of operation to eliminate operator interference.
