| Micro machine tools corporation [mmtc] supplies 2d optical datum/edge finder with excellent precision. This 2d datum finder is suitable for machining centres, milling/boring machines with dro and cnc, jig-borers for quick and accurate measurement of important dimensions of components, determination of boring centres and taking work offsets. These probes done with this instrument, are fast and accurate and help in productivity increase with positioning accuracy within 2 to 5 microns. 2d datum finder has a shank diameter of 20 mm and ball diameter of 10mm and operates on two button cells. Also available are mechanical or slip ball datum/edge finders.
