• Add to Inquiry Basket | Abbott toolfast supplies latest hydraulic machine vice. It is taken from safeway machinery of taiwan. There are different models of the lock down jaw type vices, which are mainly used in cnc machining centres, cnc milling and conventional milling machines. Lock down jaw vices are designed with `down thrust semi-sphere segment` mechanism which help to remove jaw lift and work piece tilt. Due to its inbuilt hydraulic system, it does not need any external hydraulic line. The manual operation of the vices is capable to lift up 6,000 kgf clamping force for secure holding of work piece. Ductile iron is used to make the housing of the vice body and possesses 80,000 psi tensile strength. All vice beds are flame hardened for minimum wear and tear, which enables the prolonged life. Apart from that other types of machining centre vices, mc compact vices with multiple mounting of vices in horizontal as well as upright position, tool presetter, drill grinding machine, etc are also supplied by the company. |
